Charles' Final Video Art Project - Trailer

Hey guys I have been asked by several people if they could see what I have been working on for my final project, but I said no because I didn't want to show the unfinished peice, especially since this one means so much to me. This project has been really hard to put together, but I didn't want to seem like I was being mean so I put together a trailer for those of you who asked and anyone else who might be interested in seeing it could have a peak at it. I hope you enjoy it!

  2. Charles,

Thanks for posting, and just wanted to say how huge the difference in skills and editing is at this point. Really well put together trailer.
You have come a long way. The subject matter is pretty heavy, but I am completely intrigued to see what you are going to be doing with it in your longer piece.

I like the idea of how the people do not know that it is their last recorded moment alive, and so it gains all this importance after the fact.

Great work Nick. I love the camera's following nature. Your work kept me thinking "how did he do that?!". You really capture a cold feeling, and rather mechanical, to the piece. Probably experimenting with monitors would of served good as well which, as you know, Nauman used in the Public/ Private space installation. R.T
